Chera Mattox is the friendly insurance helper who works behind the scenes. She has over 17 yrs of experience working for the University of Kentucky in various roles. She is currently working to end the HIV epidemic in Kentucky. She has a husband who drives her crazy and is the proud mother of a cat. She also has a host of God children who keep her busy. Chera joined Southland Counseling and ensures insurance credentialing and renewal is timely for each therapist, so we can provide the best financial opportunities to the clients we work with.
